This
new moulding simulates carved wood at a fraction of the cost. This is
an extruded styrene containing wood content that rises to the surface
of the moulding so that when finished, it looks like wood. There is no
need to sand or prepare the surface of the moulding prior to staining.

 Polystyrene trim installs easily using normal wood working tools, including power nailers. It cuts easily and precisely without chipping or splintering and can be nailed very close to the edge of the material. Unlike a lot of other alternative materials, polystyrene has nail-holding abilities equal to or more than wood. |
